Make sure hair is completely dry before using the flatiron.

This flat iron features adjustable temperature settings. Choose a temperature that is appropriate for your hair type. For fine or damaged hair, use a lower temperature, and for thick or coarse hair, use a higher temperature. Clamp the flat iron onto a small section of hair near the roots. Hold the flat iron at a 45-degree angle and glide it down to the ends of your hair. Repeat this process with each section of hair, working your way around your head. Don't go over the same section of hair more than once. This can cause damage to your hair. Use the flat iron to add curls or waves. You can use the flat iron to create different hairstyles, such as loose waves or tight curls, by twisting the flat iron as you glide it down your hair.

Care Instructions

Hair tools can accumulate hair, dust, and product buildup over time. To clean your tool, unplug it and wipe it down with a damp cloth. You can also use a small brush to remove any debris from the crevices.

If you're using a heat styling tool like a flat iron or curling iron, always use a heat protectant spray on your hair before styling. This will help to prevent damage to your hair and your tool.

When you're not using your hair tool, store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in a damp or humid area, as this can cause rusting and damage.

When you're unplugging your hair tool, gently pull on the plug rather than yanking on the cord. This will help to prevent the cord from getting damaged or frayed.

Some hair tools, like curling irons and flat irons, should not be used on wet hair. Always make sure your hair is completely dry before using any heat styling tools.

Once your order is placed we usually ship it out in 1-3 business days! The speed of shipping can be chosen at checkout.

What is your return policy?

To avoid waste, we carry many products in smaller sizes so you can try them out, as well as the option to receive professional recommendations and avoid the hassle of returns. If you have purchased a product that really doesn't work for you, please contact us.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 21 days for store credit only, subject to approval. Customers will be responsible for the cost to ship returns back.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
