Refund policy
If you have purchased a product that doesn't work for you, please contact us as we'd love to provide you with tips and support.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unopened, unused items within 21 days for store credit. *
Customer is responsible for the cost to return the products back, as well as a 5% restocking fee.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective products, we must be notified within 7 days of the order being delivered to you.
Returns can be requested through your account page. Once we have received the item(s), and they have passed inspection, a store credit will be issued. Shipping costs are non refundable.
*Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, eBooks and digital services. Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on hair accessories, sponges, pillowcases and brushes (including brush tools).
