Getting beautiful hair shouldn't mean exposure to toxic chemicals, judgement on how your hair grows naturally or getting sold a million products.

Holistic haircare means that I see you as entire human, not just a head of hair.

Diana Osborne is a licensed Hairstylist, Founder of Hair Holistic, and International Clean Beauty Educator. She made the switch exclusively to non toxic products after a health crisis left her fighting to breathe, experiencing hair loss and unable to work in a traditional salon. After removing toxins from the products she was using on herself, and her clients, she has experienced a transformation in her health and her career.

In almost 20 years in the hair industry, Diana’s career has spanned across North America and Europe, including work with clients behind the chair, creative and branding photoshoots, media work, mentoring, education and entrepreneurship.

With a decade of experience in clean beauty, she has now dedicated her career to empowering others to look and feel their best through non toxic, sustainable and inclusive hair care.

Diana works with clients one on one, in a private studio allowing you to experience a calm, toxin free environment where you can relax.

HAIR MODEL

I regularly offer model services to teach classes, be creative, create content or practice new techniques. These services are free or low cost to you. No model experience is required.

Salon Policies

Please ensure that you read my policies in full as they are enforced, and let me know if you have any questions. These policies ensure that I am able to continue to do hair services, and give you a wonderful experience while in salon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 48 hours notice for any changes is required, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up will result in the full service being charged.

LATE POLICY

Arriving 15 minutes late or longer may be considered as a no show as per the cancellation policy above. I will do my best to accommodate a reduced service within the remaining timeframe if possible, however the full service price will apply

SICK POLICY

If you have symptoms of cold or flu at your appointment time, you'll be required to wear a surgical mask or reschedule (at the discretion of Diana). Late cancelling due to illness will fall under the Cancellation Policy.
