Shipping policy
→ All orders placed will be shipped out Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Pickering, Ontario via Canada Post or UPS in 1-3 business days*.
*For holidays and larger sale seasons, there may be a short delay in shipping due to high order volumes.
You can see shipping speeds for Canada Post here, and UPS here. We ship using expedited parcels.
→ Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping information, and you have all products needed, as we can't guarantee any changes once you've placed your order. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, may be subject to an additional shipping fee.
→ For orders over $300, a signature will be required for delivery.
🇨🇦 Free Shipping within Canada
We pay for your shipping costs on all orders over $99* shipping within Canada.
*free shipping minimums are calculated after any discounts, coupon codes used, and before taxes.

Emails
Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation order. When we ship your order there will be a shipment notification email, and if tracking is available, there may also be an "out for delivery" as well as a "delivered" email. If you are not receiving these, your order may not be placed properly or they are in your junk mail folder.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a parcel is picked up by the shipping courier, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. If you believe your order was delivered to the wrong address, please contact the courier to begin a claim.
Damages or Defective Product
If your product arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at info@hairholistic.ca with your order number and photos of the damage within FIVE days of receiving the order for further assistance.
