All guests are required to wear a Level 3 surgical or medical mask while inside of the studio for services. If you have concerns about this please email us at

All guests will be asked screening questions 48 hours before coming in for their appointment and again when they arrive.

We are by appointment only. If you’d like to make an appointment please fill out this form or call 416-536-2332.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We are not permitted to have a waiting area, and are operating on a strict schedule to maintain proper cleaning procedures.

You will be asked to sanitize or wash your hands on arrival.

Only the guest with a reservation is permitted in the studio.

There will be NO food or beverage allowed in the studio.

As is always the case, records of guest contact information (e.g. full name, telephone/email), including date and time at premises, are maintained on-site for contact tracing purposes, should the need arise.

We are maintaining and exceeding protocols outlined for Personal Service Settings as outlined by Toronto Public Health and the Government of Ontario. The Safety Plan Snapshot is available at the front entrance and HERE.

To protect the privacy of our staff, we will not be disclosing medical information (vaccination status), however, we are diligent in doing all we can to ensure this space is safe for our guests and our staff.

You will receive a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your reservation that includes a mandatory health and safety questionnaire. We must receive the completed form 24 hours before your reservation, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled and a fee charged.


Last minute cancellations and reschedules mean that we usually cannot fill that reservation spot, which means a loss for the business, as well as the stylist. We require more than 24 hours notice for any changes, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. Not showing up will result in 100% of the service being charged. Thank you for your support and understanding.


We want to respect everyones time, our stylists and our guests. To ensure that everyone has a great experience, arriving 15 minutes late or longer may result in a reduced service or rescheduling your appointment. The cancellation policy will still be in effect for these types of changes.


We want to encourage everyone to take care of themselves! Some of our staff have health conditions that may become more serious even with a simple cold. Should you arrive sick, we reserve the right to refuse service for the safety of our staff and other guests. Thank you!


We try to remain a scent free space, although a small number of our products contain a light smell. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or scented personal care products before coming in.


Should you not be satisfied with your service, please contact us as soon as possible. Complementary redo’s are at the discretion of the stylist and must be completed within 2 weeks of the service. Corrective colour services are exempt from this and all other sessions will be at an additional cost. We do not offer refunds on services.


We do not use permanent hair colour on children under 12 years old. There are semi permanent options for them. This is due to their bodies handling toxins differently than adults, as well as their hair being softer and more easily damaged. We will give them all the funky cuts they want!
