How to redeem points
1. Login to your account (simply click on the heart icon on the bottom right side of your screen, or the account button at the top)
2. Click the bottom heart icon again for the Rewards Program if you don't already see it.
3. Head to Discount Codes to view your coupons!

How do I refer a friend?
Head over to your Account and click on the Rewards icon. Under Earn Points, you'll see a link to refer a friend.
Once they place an order, you'll receive your points, and they will receive theirs!
Can I combine my points with another discount?
Rewards cannot be combined with other offers. Don’t worry, your points never expire! If you don't use them this time, you will be able to use it them on your next purchase!
Do points expire?
To ensure we can have the best point program for our customers, accounts that have not had any activity in 2 years will be adjusted to zero. That's a lot of time to use your points for discounted haircare!
How to review points get added?
Bonus points for reviews will be added manually by Diana once they're approved and published. Sometimes you'll be asked to verify your email on reviews, once this has been done, your points will be added.
