The Market Bags was established with a single vision in mind; eliminating single-use plastic bags. What started out as a trip to a local farmers market was the beginning of that journey. Their Canadian-made reusable bags represent a small step towards a better tomorrow with a positive impact on our environment. Using up-cycled or sustainable and organic materials, they've created a line of truly eco-friendly reusable bags.

Giving Back is important to The Market Bags. They donate partial proceeds from all bag sales to the Sustainable Nourishment Program operated by the non-profit charity, Mamas For Mamas.This program gives families access to not only food, but nutrient rich fresh foods; often grown locally. 

Every step they make in their business has sustainability in mind; from using upcycled fabrics from thrift shops to sourcing eco-friendly fabrics from trusted suppliers.
