Natural scalp scrub treatment

Ideal for all hair types, this pre-cleanse exfoliation treatment both stimulates and soothes the scalp. Formulated with Hawaiian Red Salt, which is rich in volcanic clay and minerals to gently removes impurities, apple fruit to restore hydration, celery seed extract and peppermint oil to stimulate blood flow, and tea tree oil extracts to help soothe inflammation and irritation.

Hawaiian Red salt

Hawaiian Red salt is unrefined sea salt; mixed with rich volcanic clay and some 80 minerals gives it its natural red hue. Hawaiian Red salt is also known as Alaea salt and traditionally used by Hawaiians to cleanse and purify. This salt acts as a gentle exfoliator to remove impurities from the scalp.

Apple fruit extract

Apple contains numerous vitamins and minerals to the scalp, adding to the overall health of the hair. Minerals like magnesium, potassium, copper, and calcium to help lower the chance of hair loss and shedding by keeping hair follicles nourished. It also provides intense hydration to moisturize the scalp.

Peppermint oil

Stimulates blood flow, exhilarates the senses and aids in skin irritation and reduces itching.

Celery seed extract

Soothes irritated itchy scalp and decreases excess sebum production.

Tea tree oil

Provides relief to relieve sensitive area skin inflammation as well as provides antiseptic, antifungal and antimicrobial properties.

Highly concentrated

Innersense Organic Beauty products are highly concentrated, with approximately 40% water content, versus 70-80% in other lines, so they last twice as long.

Wet hair and scalp thoroughly. Scoop a dollar-size amount into hands and massage into wet scalp. Optional: leave for a few minutes for the full peppermint effect! Rinse thoroughly. Follow with shampoo and conditioner of your choosing.

How do you choose your products?

All our products are researched, tested and curated by our Founder, Diana Osborne. Diana has been a licensed hairstylist since 2009, with a specialty in clean beauty and ingredients over the last decade. You can read more about Our Standards, and banned ingredients.

How fast will it ship?

Once your order is placed we usually ship it out in 1-3 business days! The speed of shipping can be chosen at checkout.

What is your return policy?

To avoid waste, we carry many products in smaller sizes so you can try them out, as well as the option to receive professional recommendations and avoid the hassle of returns. If you have purchased a product that really doesn't work for you, please contact us.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 21 days for store credit only, subject to approval. Customers will be responsible for the cost to ship returns back.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
