Our 6 Fall Must Haves
Fall weather is approaching and we're not sad about it! You'll have to excuse us, we love the cooler months and the vibes they bring. And we're sure with right set up, you can love them too. Of course we're going to miss the hot summer sun, but these items will make for a seamless transition. The autumn months are perfect for setting routines and spending time with yourself, and we believe adopting a solid self-care routine is of top priority. That said, here are our top fall self-care must haves.
Clean Beauty Hydrating Hair Masque
Perfect for battling the harsh winter air, this luxurious masque is designed to repair and revitalize dry, coarse and damaged hair. Best for dry, thick or thirsty hair, this rich treatment masque is crafted with flax seed, shea butter, coconut and tamanu oils and quinoa to repair hair while delivering rich hydration and shine.
Use this Hydrating Hair Masque after cleansing with your favourite Innersense Organic Beauty Hairbath, and leave in for about 5-15minutes. For extra softness, we recommend rinsing, then putting your conditioner in for a couple extra minutes. Healthy, moisturized hair is all yours!
The Coziest Turkish Cotton Blanket
Meet your new best friend, the Rêve Blanket. Nothing says fall like cozying up on the sofa with a big comforting blanket and a cup of tea (or cocoa). These Turkish blankets can be used as a throw on your bed or couch. The more you wash your blanket, the softer it becomes! Stray & Wander blankets are ethically sourced, and are woven from organically grown Turkish cotton. Available in three colours.
Harmonic Healing Oil
Does your hair, scalp, and skin need a little extra nourishment, moisture and healing this time of the year? Yeah, ours too. This sacred oil is formulated with a blend of emollient oils and flower essences, including sacred tamanu, evening primrose and macadamia. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients, this luscious oil delivers all the hydration and nourishment you need.
We love using this as a hair oil treatment for soothing irritated scalps. Put on some relaxing music, light a candle and massage it into your scalp for a couple minutes. Relaxation and massage can greatly improve your hair and scalp, and hey, you deserve it. Let the treatment oil sit for 10 minutes, then rinse and cleanse as usual.
We also love this as a soothing body oil, on tired hands and feet.
Natural Bath Bomb
Bath season is here and there's nothing better than a steamy soak after a long day of work followed by a snowy commute! These handcrafted, natural bath bombs are infused with high quality essential oils, and rich moisturizers like coconut oil, shea butter and castor oil. It's not just a bath bomb, it's a treat for your skin, leaving it soft and smooth.
Simply draw a bath, set the bath bomb in and sink into relaxation bliss!
The Best Hairbrush
The perfect addition to your haircare routine. Hair brushing can stimulate the scalp and polish the hair shaft, supporting healthy, shiny hair. Hair brushing may stimulate circulation to the scalp supporting hair growth and health. This stimulation is particularly revitalizing before a relaxing scalp treatment with our True Enlightenment Scalp Scrub and Harmonic Healing Oil.
Fall always bring us back into our self care rituals and this is one of our favourites.
Essential Oil Candles
There's nothing like cozying up with a cup of tea in the candlelight, especially with Fenwick Candles. They've just arrived in our store and we are already in love! They craft healthier candles by balancing aromatherapy + ecology - their holistic practice is driven by the ethical sourcing of sustainable and renewable plant based oils. The candles are created using only essential oils, and organic coconut wax, we just love that. We have multiple scent options, and even unscented!
Are you just a little bit more excited about the cooler weather now? Creating a comfortable self-care space at home can make a big difference. Say it with me,
"It is safe for me to care for myself".
